Lobster/Crab Seafood Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Essie Marie’s Lemonette Dressing
  • ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika (To Taste)
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients – In a saucepan, combine Lemonette dressing, heavy cream, paprika, cayenne pepper, and parsley. Stir well.
  2. Simmer – Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  3. Adjust Seasoning – Add extra seasonings or garlic to taste.
  4. Serve as a Dip – Use as a dipping sauce for lobster, crab, or other seafood.
