Lemonette Cajun Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pounds Fresh Salmon
  • 1 Pound Fresh Shrimp
  • 5 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Bottle EM Lemonette
  • ½ Cup Asiago Cheese
  • ½ Cup Romano Cheese
  • ¾ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • Pasta or Veggie Pasta

Instructions:

  1. Grill the Salmon – Sauté salmon on the grill until fully cooked (about 15 minutes). Set aside.
  2. Cook the Shrimp – In a separate skillet, grill shrimp with minced garlic until cooked through.
  3. Prepare the Sauce – Add Lemonette dressing, cheeses, heavy cream, sea salt, thyme, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Combine & Simmer – Mix garlic shrimp and fresh spinach into the sauce. Sauté for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Cook the Pasta – Boil pasta to desired consistency, drain, and plate.
  6. Assemble & Serve! – Place salmon and shrimp over pasta and top with the sauce.
