Creamy Shrimp Tomato Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Shrimp
  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • Fresh Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (or Coconut Milk)
  • 1 Bottle Essie Marie’s Lemonette Dressing
  • Pasta of Choice

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Shrimp – Sauté shrimp with garlic in olive oil until slightly pink on both sides.
  2. Add Vegetables – Stir in tomatoes, spinach, and crushed red pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Sauce – In the same skillet, add whipping cream and Lemonette dressing. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine & Serve! – Cook pasta separately, drain, then mix with the sauce and shrimp mixture.
